• Two (2) valid identification (TRN must be included)
• Proof of address (utility bill in client name, Lease/rental agreement, rent receipt, letter from Justice of Peace/Pastor)
• Utility bill for rental property (if is not in client's name)
• One (1) Passport Size Photo
• Complete application form
• Last 30 days proof of income
• Processing Fee $1,000.00 - $2,000.00
